With a deep background in both corporate human resources and retained executive search, Judy Stubbs excels at understanding her clients’ operations, strategies, decision-making methodologies, and cultures, ensuring an ideal match between organization and executive candidate. Judy Stubbs’ corporate experience, which includes a strong knowledge of corporate operations and hiring methodologies, is key to her success in identifying committed candidates who will stand the test of time. Judy came to Pearson Partners International from her previous role as a partner at Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier in her executive search career, she was the managing partner of Highland Partners’ (previously Lamalie Worldwide) Dallas office and a member of the Consumer Products and Technology practice groups. She also served as a vice president with A.T. Kearney Executive Search. She built her executive search career on a solid foundation as the senior human resources executive for Mary Kay Cosmetics, at the time a New York Stock Exchange Company. Judy has received numerous civic awards and appointments and has been recognized as one of Dallas’ leading volunteers for her work in advancing quality child care. She served as founding president of Child Care Partnership, an organization which has received national recognition. She also chaired the Civil Service Commission for the City of Dallas and served as vice chairperson of the State Job Training Council. She chairs the Human Resources committee of Carter Blood Care, the large regional blood bank, and was previously vice chairperson of the board of directors for Carter Blood Care Foundation. She is also active in fundraising for the Dallas Arboretum. Judy earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Technological University with honors and completed the Change Management Program at Harvard Business School Studies.
