Francesco Benvenuti

Francesco Benvenuti began his professional career in 1975, specialising in Labour Law in a Milan law firm. In 1978, he joined the Falck Group in its Personnel Department. He dealt with trade union relations and organisational analysis. In 1980, Francesco was appointed Head of Trade Union Relations for the entire Falck group and between 1983 and 1984 he took over the management of the Falck commercial subsidiary in the United States with the task of restructuring and developing the business. In 1986, Francesco left Falck and entered the executive search field as a partner in Proper (Ambrosetti Group), a firm linked with Transearch, one of the leading international consultancy firms in the sector. During his time with Proper Transearch, Francesco Benvenuti acquired useful experience of the Banking and Finance, Consumer Goods and Retail Sectors while working for prestigious Italian and multinational companies. In 2000, Francesco Benvenuti became Senior Partner of a leading firm in the field of executive search belonging to the Deloitte Group. Francesco Benvenuti is now the President of Key2people and Practice Leader of the Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Retail practices. He speaks fluent English and French.
