Sam Dinte

Mr. Sam Dinte serves as a Vice President at Dinte Executive Search. As an Aerospace & Defense specialist, Mr. Dinte conducts both search and talent assessments for corporations spanning the value chain as well as leading financial sponsors. Prior to joining Dinte, Mr. Dinte spent five years at Avascent, a global Aerospace & Defense consultancy. Rising through the ranks to Associate, he executed on more than 100 engagements, including transactions worth over $5B. He managed strategic growth projects, conducted M&A due diligence, and supported various capture efforts. As an expert in commercial aerospace, Mr. Dinte has published several white papers and presented at industry conferences. Mr. Dinte holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Colgate University, where he graduated with honors.
