JFP Executive Search went into business in Finland back in 1979. 

We are a business consultant firm owned by our partners, with the mission of executive search and high-end management audit processes. 

Our consultants are experienced business and management professionals. They have all worked in executive management work before becoming consultants. They combine extensive experience of sales, marketing, technology, manufacturing, administration, and financing and human resource strategy development. It is no exaggeration to say that our consultants' skills cover all sectors of business in both Finnish and international companies. 

We approach the client's problem from a business viewpoint. Our goal is to find our clients the right key players for different positions.
