IIC Partners Sees 22% Increase in Global Revenue

IIC Partners has reported a 22% rise in full year revenue for 2011 compared with 2010, on the back of strong growth in the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions and across all Practice Groups.

Revenue for the Americas (Canada, USA and Latin America) was up 40% on 2010; APAC also reported a 40% revenue increase for the period. EMEA reported a 2% rise in revenue. Total search numbers rose globally by 17%.

"Our outstanding revenue growth in the Americas and in APAC is in part due to renewed business confidence and activity in those regions, but also the addition of three, high calibre, new member firms in the USA, New Zealand and South Korea," IIC Partners Global Chair Ms Lim Chye Lian said. In August Salveson Stetson Group of Philadelphia, USA and You & Partners of Seoul, South Korea joined IIC Partners, followed in October by Academic Search International of Auckland, New Zealand. So far for 2012 member recruitment momentum has continued with the February appointment of Mexico's Delta Top Talent (formerly TRANSEARCH Mexico).

"Our EMEA members had the challenge of having to contend with the ongoing uncertainty in the Euro zone. This is undoubtedly still casting a shadow over the outlook for 2012 and IIC Partners' members in the Americas and APAC are reporting that the business community is keeping a watching brief on Europe," Ms Lim added.

"In terms of our specific Practice Groups, performance remained consistently strong with the Industrial sector remaining a significant driver of growth, followed by Financial Services, which has seen pleasing new activity, and Consumer & Retail, which has retained its solid position," Ms Lim said.
