Sean Grennan

With over 20 years of IT experience in multiple industries including the Health Care, Higher Education, Non-Profit, and Manufacturing sectors Sean brings excellent experience to our team. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 2001, and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) in 2013, both from the University of Illinois.  He is also certified in IT Project Management and Business Process Management.  

Sean currently serves as Chief Information Officer of Management Partners, Inc., which is the parent company of two national executive search firms (Furst Group and Salveson Stetson Group) and a leadership development and talent management firm (NuBrick Partners).  Previously, Sean worked at SwedishAmerican Health System where he served as an IT Project Manager on some significant startup programs.  Prior to that he was the was the initial consultant hire that launched the rapidly growing Wipfli LLP’s IT Outsourcing division in the Illinois region.  Earlier he was part of the team that established the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy campus in Rockford.

In his spare time, Sean likes to coach his children’s sports teams and volunteer in the community.  He serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Rock River Valley Pantry and is the former VP of the Board for the Byron Area Chamber of Commerce.
