Claudio Galimi

Claudio Galimi begins his professional activity in 1995 with Coopers and Lybrand Management Consulting, working both in the Milan and in the New York City offices, where he developed a solid background in Strategy and Performance Improvement Consulting, at the time focusing on the Telecoms and Media Industry. In 2000 Claudio Galimi joined Bain & Company, Milan office where he started developing a comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, through his participation into several strategy and organizational assignments for the major Italian Financial institutions. In 2006 he was called by Barclays Bank to join its Board of Directors, in order to lead the expansion plan for the commercial banking network in Italy, at the time totally absent. After leading the build out of a 300 branches retail network, in 2010 Claudio Galimi was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Starting from January 2014, he is Partner in Key2people and Practice Leader for the Financial Services industry. Claudio Galimi has a degree in Industrial Engineering, granted by the Polytechnic of Turin, and speaks fluent English and French.
