Virginia Ghisani

A graduate in Information Technology, Virginia Ghisani began her career as a Consultant in Etnoteam (today Value Team) in 1991. She dealt with BPR projects in the field of software testing and development. As well as this, she worked on IT organisational analyses, mainly for the banking and insurance sectors. The years between 1994 and 1998 saw Virginia assisting the General Manager of Etnoteam in change management processes which led the company to become the undisputed leader in Systems Integration in the Italian market. For the next three years she took part in the New Economy boom, leading a team working with the Italian publisher Gruppo Class Editori involved in the delivery of web-based real-time financial information feeds. Successively, she became Organisation Director for Infogroup (today part of the Banca Intesa San Paolo Group) in charge of recruitment, managerial training and development. Since 2006 she has been with Key2people Executive Search, where she is now Practice Leader, Information Technology.
