Tim Frischmon

Tim Frischmon is in his twentieth year of helping organizations transform their leadership teams through recruitment, retention, and organizational development. He has partnered and consulted with boards of directors, chief executive officers, and senior executives throughout the healthcare industry to position their organizations for market growth and maximum effectiveness.   Tim has a proven track record of successfully identifying and aligning leaders with organizations that are publicly traded, venture capital/private equity-backed, and non-profit. His clients have included managed care and health insurance companies; managed government programs (Medicaid and Medicare); healthcare service organizations, including pharmacy benefit management, speciality pharmaceutical, and information technology companies; wellness/disease management organizations; and hospitals and integrated delivery systems. He has conducted searches for board members, chief executive officers, and senior leaders across all functional areas. As a respected search consultant and executive coach, Tim is committed to being deeply immersed and entrenched in his clients’ businesses and the markets they serve to ensure their short- and long-term success. His ability to assess a client’s corporate culture has enabled him to forge deep, long-lasting relationships with many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. He has been responsible for building high-performance leadership teams for start-ups, turnarounds, and well established companies. Tim is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is also active in several professional and civic organizations, and has led presentations within the industry and contributed to numerous articles. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of LifeScience Alley, a leading trade association serving the life sciences in Minnesota and the surrounding region. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business management from the University of Minnesota-Morris and is certified by the Hudson Institute as an executive coach.
