Anu Mankki

Anu has extensive experience working in Finnish leading international technology, manufacturing and FMCG companies as a Head of Human Resources at corporate, business line, country and unit levels. She has also gained strong experience of building up globally operating, expanding after market and service operations. Anu has also strong insight and experience of resourcing dynamics of family-owned companies, in growth phase. In all her positions, Anu has been a Member of Management Teams, holding 15 years C-level executive team memberships in stock exchanged companies.  Aligned to the membership,  she has also gained the insight of a board’s dynamics through the work with different board committees.  She has a broad understanding of different businesses and in strategic human resource management and resourcing during different business cycles in different geographical areas. This experience combined with her management team experience, genuine interest and dedication to understand customer’s resource needs aligned to strategy and business plans, enables her to create value to our customer’s recruitment process. During her career, Anu has recruited and placed hundreds of professionals from functional specialists, middle management to C-level, in Finland and abroad. Anu has lived and worked in Finland, Germany and Sweden and she has worked extended periods in China, Thailand, USA and Turkey. Anu has a Master’s degree in Philosophy/Arts and she has additionally studied international business.
