How We Work

We advise and guide our clients along each step of the recruitment process, including the hiring and integration of new employees.

Each search project begins with a thorough analysis of the employer’s requirements, including the specific context of the recruitment, in order to establish a tailored search strategy as well as a timeframe suited to the client.

From there, we can begin the process of singling out companies and candidates who meet the predefined selection criteria.

The candidates we seek out are approached and evaluated via an interview with our consultants; the profiles deemed suitable are then verified with a reference check and presented to the client with a report detailing their professional profile and key competencies.

When the final candidate is chosen, we help the future employer to design a competitive offer based on our knowledge and understanding of the employment market.

We provide complete confidentiality for clients and potential candidates, and we operate in Luxembourgish, German, French, English and Dutch.
