Paola Basaglia

After having graduated in Philosophy, Paola begins her career path in research and selection of top and middle management. She joins Key2people in 2002, being part of the start up of the company. During the first few years, she deals with various sectors including Industry, Information Technology and Telecommunications. From 2006 Paola begins to focus on Professional Services projects, actively contributing to this Practice. Today she is in charge of the Professional Services Practice which operates a s a partner of the biggest Management Consulting & Strategy companies. Furthermore she manages some of the most important boutique consultancies. She is passionate about cinema and art.
