A Political Science graduate, specialised in social policy, Paola Zaramella's first professional experience came as an account in an advertising agency. After 5 years she began working in personnel search and selection, initially as a consultant in an Italian company and then in Michael Page as Manager of the Sales & Marketing Division. In 2001 she joined Jobpilot with the responsibility of organising and developing the division dedicated to selection services, leading a team of consultants based in the Milan and Rome offices. She has been with the Key2people Group since January 2005, firstly in Intermedia Selection as Associate Partner and then as an Executive Search consultant, works on HR positions and is a Project Leader in Assessments.
