Jenny Homme

Jenny Homme has more than 35 years’ experience in the private sector and roughly 30 years’ management experience. She has worked in management, ICT, sales, marketing and business development in companies like Norsk Hydro, Hydro Texaco, EVRY and the Kistefos company, Cardsoft. Jenny studied science at the University of Oslo, and has taken courses in business administration and other areas of study at the BI Norwegian Business School. Jenny mainly deals with board recruitment, executive selection and consultancy in the private and public sector. She sits on several boards and has a thorough understanding of what it takes to increase competence and value creation in the individual organization over time. Jenny is certified in a number of executive selection and development tools and has profound insight into human behaviour and thought patterns. Her primary focus at Visindi is to ensure intelligent and appropriate recruitment for executive and board positions. In 2004 Jenny was involved in starting up Visindi and managed the business in Oslo from February 2010. Since autumn 2012 she has managed the Visindi business.
