Pedro Freitas

Pedro is Director & Partner at FESA Group, an Executive Search and Human Capital consulting firm. Representing the brands FESA, Asap and FESA Advisory. Through a partnership established with IIC Partners he conducts projects in over 60 business centers around the globe.
 
He started his career in executive search in 2007, conducting middle management and C-Level projects for Engineering, Manufacture, Construction, IT and Human Resources. Pedro participated of start ups of national and multinational companies, and he was responsible for restructure and management of the teams, accumulating over 13 years of experience in executive recruitment and selection.
 
Since 2014, he has been with FESA Group, being responsible for the operation of Rio de Janeiro and Northeast in Consumer Goods, IT&Telecom and Financial Services. In the last 3 years, he has specialized in conducting C-Level processes for family-owned and/or individually-owned companies, participating with Corporate Governance partners in the process of professionalization of companies.
 
Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and MBA in Business Management from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC). He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English, having lived in California/USA.
