Oliver Schmitt and Vanessa Dalas have been appointed as Board Directors, and Renee Arrington, Allan Laurie and Roberto Ravagnani have been appointed as Vice Chairs.

They were elected during the IIC Partners’ AGM held in October and will serve a three-year term.

Oliver Schmitt is the Managing Director of Teamconsult CR in Prague, Czech Republic (teamconsult.cz) and Teamconsult SR in Bratislava, Slovakia (teamconsult.sk). Mr. Schmitt’s appointment to the IIC Partners Board follows his leadership of key initiatives across Central Europe and throughout our global membership. In addition, Teamconsult hosted the IIC Partners Global Conference & AGM in October 2023, marking a seminal moment for the organization.

Vanessa Dalas’ reappointment as a Board Director follows a highly successful three-year term, having served on the Board since October 2020. Ms. Dalas is a Partner and Insurance Practice Leader at Progress (progress-associes.com) in Paris, France.

During the 2023 AGM, three Board members were elected to the role of Vice Chair.  Renee Arrington, Vice Chair, Americas, and Allan Laurie, Vice Chair, Asia Pacific, have been reappointed following a successful tenure. Roberto Ravagnani, Vice Chair, EMEA has been appointed to the role for the first time. Vice Chairs serve a one-year term.
