IIC Partners Appoints New Global Practice Group Leaders

The new Practice Group Leaders are Romain Girard for Financial Services and Nicole Sandford for Board Search

New York, NY – January 14, 2021 – IIC Partners (www.iicpartners.com) Executive Search Worldwide, one of the world’s top ten global executive search organisations, announces the appointment of new leadership to their global Practice Groups.

Romain Girard, Partner at Progress in Paris, has been appointed Leader for the Financial Services Practice Group. Mr. Girard specializes in senior level recruitment in the Banking Industry.

Nicole Sandford, Global Board Services Leader at Ellig Group in New York, has been appointed Leader of the Board Search Practice Group. In addition to executing director and C-suite placements, Ms. Sandford advises boards and senior executives on the most strategic elements of governance, particularly those related to board competency and diversity.

Gerald Knol, Partner at Holtrop Ravesloot in Amsterdam has been appointed as deputy Leader of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice Group.

Renee Arrington, President & Chief Operating Officer at Pearson Partners International in Dallas and Board Director for IIC Partners serves as the Board Liaison for Practice Groups.
