Audra is a Partner of Hofer Tan Partners with over twenty years experience holding senior roles in Organizational Development, Learning and Development and as a Human Resources Director. She has lived in Asia for more than ten years and led complex change projects and development initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Having worked within corporate organisations and as a consultant, she appreciates the challenges faced by organizations to embed learning and achieve a meaningful return on investment.
Audra combines her experience of business challenges and knowledge of psychology and neuroscience to provide thought leadership and solutions that result in mindset and behavioural change. She has a proven track record of being a pragmatic, results-focused consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator that delivers tangible and sustainable outcomes. Her areas of passion and expertise lie in leadership and development assessment, leadership and team development, change management, coaching, and building a resilient and engaged workforce. Audra has worked within and with a variety of industries both in the public and private sector across the UK and Asia. She holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology, MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a certified practitioner in NLP, MBTI®, HBDI™ and OPQ. She also obtained the Foundational Certificate in Neuroleadership and is currently completing her MSc in Counselling.
