Before joining ingeniam in 2021 last five years as shareholder and Partner of PMB International Germany, four-and-a-half years as Managing Partner with yes2talent – a spin-off from Executive Surf, London – and over ten years as a Managing Partner with an Executive Search boutique in Frankfurt/Main and Dusseldorf. Seven years of learning and development in international and German Executive Search and Selection companies like Norman Broadbent or Goodman Graham and Dieter Strametz & Partner or TMP Baumgartner.
