SOFT SKILLS: In addition to my role as an HR consultant and Director of Eblinger & Partner, I also dedicate myself to managing out team. Now and then, I also let my communication skills run free by moderating events or holding workshops. Sharing our knowledge is one of the many enriching aspects of this job and something I really enjoy. The same applies to coaching.
