Daniela Bollino

Daniela Bollino was born in Milan. She began her professional career in 1978 with Pirelli and remained there until 1985. She worked for two years in the Human Resources department developing new recruitment policy and methods. She was also in charge of relations with Italian and European universities. In 1980 Daniela was involved in setting up an internal management school and dealt with training and appraisal of human resources and relations with the main management consultancy firms. In 1983, Daniela moved to Spain for Productos Pirelli. She was involved in a project to improve personnel management methods and policy. This project involved 5,000 employees. In 1985, Daniela began working for Deloitte Consulting. After two years in the field of change management, she founded the executive search practice and became a partner and shareholder in this specialist firm. This period saw Daniela build up her skills in the field of professional services and in the manufacturing practice. She became one of the most highly respected figures on the market. Today Daniela Bollino is the Managing Director of Key2people. Daniela has a degree in psychology. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish and has two great passions: Tuscany and gardening.
