Giovanna Brambilla

Graduated in Political Science with a final Social Psychology thesis on the selection and assessment of personnel, Giovanna goes on to further her knowledge in this area with a specialist course at the Bocconi University. In 1990, she joins the Executive Search division of the Deloitte Consulting Group, with a particular focus on Sales & Marketing. In 2000, as HR manager, Giovanna is employed by an Italian cosmetics company which covers the full product cycle, from the creative phase to production and sales in Italy and abroad. Alongside the owner, she implements policies on management, recruitment & selection, training and development. At the end of 2006, she joins key2people dealing with, beyond Executive Search, managerial assessments and career coaching for university and Master courses. Giovanna spent one year in Australia where she studied English and advanced her learning of the trumpet at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music
