Given her strong social commitment, she is attracted by projects for key social agents who deliver on political decisions, usually in combination with commercial aims. Heidi had 15 years of management experience before becoming an adviser. She has, among others, set up IT solutions for a municipal authority and, as assistant director at Aetat, the Norwegian Employment Service, she was responsible for setting up a web-based jobs database. Heidi has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a specialization in project management from BI Norwegian Business School. In addition to taking courses in public organization and management, and employment law, she also studied English for a year.
