Mary Plese is an experienced recruiter in the field of healthcare who has conducted numerous searches focused on C-suite executives for both the provider and payer markets.

She has placed executives in a variety of areas including operations, compliance, financial services, strategic development and quality.

Mary has worked with many of the top hospitals and organizations in healthcare to meet their needs in executive search, from Johns Hopkins University to the American Medical Association to Kaiser Permanente. Besides Johns Hopkins, her extensive experience among academic medical centers includes Rush University, UCLA, Tufts University, and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Her search work includes engagements for Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers and Chief Nursing Officers.
