• Meenal has over 11 years of experience in Executive Search which she joined after a fulfilling career in Travel and Tourism. Prior to Claricent Partners, she was associated with a Japanese Executive Search firm and Gilbert Tweed Associates (GTA), Mumbai.
• Meenal has worked across sectors, her interest and expertise lies building up expertise in the Life Sciences, Chemicals and Consumer space. During her decade plus experience she has handled various International as well domestic leadership hiring for the client partners across industries.
• She is responsible for handling some of the key corporate clients for the firm, managing some important relationships with big Indian business house. She has successfully handled some critical and complex searches for the firm from Board level to functional head roles.
