• Pooja comes with over a decade of experience in executive search. She has worked on various C- suite mandates across the Infrastructure, Industrial, Technology and Strategy Consulting sectors.
• Prior to joining the firm, Pooja worked with leading executive-search firm such as Hunt Partners, Stanton Chase, etc delivering complex C-suite searches across a diverse set of industries. She started her career in 2007 as a Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank. She further continued to hone her entrepreneurial skills with her deep interest in creating handicrafts by training self-help groups. She is an avid marathoner.
• Pooja holds an MBA from the ICFAI, Mumbai with specialization in Finance. She is a commerce graduate from Narsee Monjee, Mumbai.
