Senem has 19 years of experience in human resources function in local and multinational organizations, such as Akbank (banking), Turkcell (telecommunications & technology), Abbott (healthcare: pharmaceuticals, nutrition and medical devices) and Takeda (pharmaceuticals).
Successfully developed and implemented people strategy, processes and programs in Turkey, Middle East & Africa, Ukraine and Moldova. Hands on experience leading significant organizational change impacting people, org structure and culture while excelling as a trusted advisor with strong business and people acumen. Her engagement strategy and programs in complex and diverse structures has dramatically increased engagement results from 35% to 90% in just 1.5 years.
She is an expert in designing and implementing talent management and retention programs aligned with business strategy. With her strong business understanding Senem can redesign any people process/ program and ensure that required organizational capabilities are there to be ready for today and future.
She is accredited to design and run assessment centers for differing sets of competencies and is highly experienced in building leadership academies for different levels and organizations.
Another area of interest for her is HR Technologies, she can guide organizations in their journey of digitizing HR processes, end-to-end.
Senem is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, in her tenure, she made significant improvements in terms of empowering female leaders, diversifying the talent force and building inclusive cultures.
She is a graduate of business administration from the top university in Turkey (Middle East Technical University), she participated to several leadership development programs in INSEAD and IESEE, she completed CTI Coaching program and she is well equipped to provide coaching.
