Additionally, CONTEVENCA is partnered with IIC Partners, one of the 10 largest executive search firms worldwide, which has 43 offices in more than 30 countries, allowing us to locate the best candidates regardless of whether they are based in Venezuela or in any other part of the world.

Our team is made up of professionals from diverse areas who have worked within executive positions in diverse industries and in management consulting. How We Work
CONTEVENCA is a highly specialized executive search consulting firm. We focus on senior level executive search, immersing ourselves in our clients' businesses so that we can figure out what their ideal leader looks like and which skills and experiences will have the most impact.
We aim to partner with our clients in order to meet their strategic needs, sourcing talent that will make an immediate and lasting impact on their businesses.
Our only aim is to achieve the successful search for qualified executive talent which fulfill the requirements of our client. To obtain these results we undertake a rigorous selection process which consists of the following stages:
- Analysis of the client's needs.
- Development of the description of the role/position.
- Market research to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate evaluation.
- Pre-selection of the best candidates and presentation to the client.
- Interview of the pre-selected candidates with the client.
- Negotiations and hiring of the selected candidate.
- Follow-up with the hired candidate and the client company during the adaptation period.
