ingeniam Executive Search & Human Capital Consulting was founded in 2002 and has offices in Frankfurt/Main and Berlin to serve its German clients. We specialize in executing executive search assignments at the C-suite and VP level in the professional and legal services, financial services, industrial, technology, consumer goods and life sciences industries.
As an owner-managed, independent executive search and human capital management consultancy, we understand the way that senior executive talent thinks, and what organizations need to do in order to attract high level talent.
