Christine Hayward

Christine Hayward is the Executive Director for IIC Partners, one of the world’s largest executive search organizations. In her role, Christine leads the strategic direction, execution and development of programs to build relationships between offices, create beneficial partnerships and grow the organization. She is passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior to joining IIC Partners, Christine was the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). She was responsible for managing the interests of AESC members throughout these regions, as well as creating and delivering programs to increase the understanding of retained executive search by the wider business community. Previously, Christine was an analyst at Accenture in Australia within the Financial Services practice. Christine has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New England, a Certificate in International Business Practices from Cambridge University and a Global Affairs Certificate from New York University. Christine thrives on the rigorous training demanded by triathlons, revels in uncovering the hidden gems in the city of Bend, and enjoys travel, particularly back to her home country of Australia.
