The appointments were confirmed during the IIC Partners Annual General Meeting on October 13, 2026, and are as follows:

Moula Mokhobo-Amegashie, Managing Partner of Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo (Johannesburg), appointed as Board Director, EMEA, for a three-year term. Moula joined IIC Partners in 2023, expanding the network’s reach across sub-Saharan Africa. She is a member of the Financial Services & Insurance, Industrial, and Technology Practice Groups.

Jouko Pitkänen, Managing Partner of JFP Executive Search (Helsinki), appointed as Board Director, EMEA, for a three-year term. Jouko serves as the Practice Group Leader for Consumer Markets at IIC Partners, driving sector intelligence and cross-border collaboration across the global partnership.

Vanessa Dalas, Partner at Progress Associés (Paris), re-elected as Vice Chair, EMEA, for a one-year term. Vanessa has served on the IIC Partners Board of Directors since 2020 and is a member of the Financial Services & Insurance Practice Group.
