The new Board members were nominated and elected during IIC Partners’ Global Conference & AGM held in Dubai on October 15.

Sam Dinte was appointed to Board Director, Americas. Mr. Dinte is a Vice President at Dinte Executive Search in Washington DC. With a focus on the Aerospace & Defense industry, Dinte Executive Search is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 corporations with a stated mission of changing the trajectory of both candidates and client organizations. Mr. Dinte works with clients to resolve complex business problems by blending executive search and human capital strategy capabilities.

Agnieszka Jablonska was appointed Board Director, EMEA.  Ms. Jablonska is an Executive Board Member at BIGRAM in Warsaw responsible for top management recruitment.  Ms. Jablonska is an expert in finding senior executive talent in Consumer Goods, Information Technology and Telecommunications and Professional Services.

Ms. Jablonska stated, “I am thrilled to join the IIC Partners Board. My mission is to promote the CEE region as a highly attractive marketplace. I believe that tight cooperation between all IIC members will support further development of IIC Partners as a strong, global executive search partner.” 

Thayanie Ujino was appointed Board Director, Americas.  Ms. Ujino is a Managing Partner at Fesa Group, Brazil.  Ms. Ujino is a member of the IIC Partners Financial Services Group and conducts senior level search assignments across the 8 regional offices in the country, mainly with Insurance and Reinsurance, Commercial Banks and Wholesale Banks.

Ms. Ujino remarked, “Through IIC Partners we can provide our clients with a more complete talent management solution and have access to different references being practiced and developed around the globe. I am very excited to contribute to a Global Board of Directors dedicated to serving this network of robust Partners who are trusted advisors to their clients.”

During the meeting, Renee Arrington was appointed as Vice Chair, Americas, Ewa Olszewski was elected as Vice Chair, EMEA and Anne Stuckey was re-appointed Vice Chair, Asia Pacific.
