Adaildo is an Expert Consultant Partner of the Curitiba team of the FESA Group, representing the brands FESA Executive Search, FESA ASAP and FESA Advisory. Through the Group's association with IIC Partners, he conducts projects in more than 60 business centers worldwide.
 
He began his career in executive search at an English multinational in the sector, leading projects for positions in Engineering & Supply Chain, serving primarily segments of Industry, Civil Construction / Infrastructure, IT / Telecom, Energy, where he worked for 5 years. He worked as a Senior Consultant on large projects, always dedicated to positions in the South region.
 
Adaildo started his career at Raízen, where he went through a trainee program running positions in the logistics, engineering and finance areas. He went through leadership positions in important industrial units until he reached the position of Project Manager, leading the company's investment plan in plants in the South region.
