Andrew Meadows

Mr. Andrew Meadows serves as a Senior Associate within Dinte Executive Search’s Talent Assessment Practice. As a Senior Associate at Dinte, he leads a robust team of research associates responsible for identifying candidates, discovering marketplace trends, and developing market intelligence allowing Dinte to serve as a trusted advisor to its clients. Mr. Meadows has served as the lead associate on all talent assessments that Dinte has conducted for its clients. In addition to his expertise within Dinte’s Talent Assessment Practice, Mr. Meadows has developed and executed the research strategy for numerous executive search assignments in support of clients within the defense, intelligence, and security industry providing him a deep understanding of the market and the talent landscape.  Mr. Meadows holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University. Outside Dinte Fun fact people wouldn’t know about me: One of my goals in life is to visit all 50 states and play a round of golf in each one. I’ve crossed off 21 states so far but have only played golf in 9 of them. I’ve got some work to do. Had to renew my passport before going to: Galway and Dublin. My grandparents took me there as a graduation gift. In Galway, my grandfather and I played golf where we experienced all 4 seasons within the span of 4 hours. Food trucks or take out? Neither. Chipotle and Chick-Fil-A. My dream is to have my wedding catered by Chipotle and Chick-Fil-A, but I have been told that’s a non-starter.
