Andrew W. Hartman, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of clinical experience and 15 years working in the business community with a specialty in leadership and talent assessment, executive leadership coaching, and team effectiveness. He serves the diverse needs of businesses, from Fortune 50 corporations to privately owned businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
Andy works across a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare insurance, manufacturing, banking, and service industries. He brings expertise in areas such as talent and leadership assessment and development, executive performance coaching, and team effectiveness.

Andy holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Wheeling, Ill., a master’s degree in education from Wheaton Graduate School in Wheaton, Ill., and a B.A. from Wheaton College. He also has advanced training with the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, Calif.
