His foundation was built through both service-provider experience in Search and Selection and leadership roles heading in-house recruitment teams within leading global multinational corporations and Singapore-listed organizations. In addition, he has partnered closely with business leaders to advance the human capital development of their teams over the years. Andy is recognized for his extensive understanding of the IT & Telecommunications, Executive Search, Petroleum & Utilities industries, and the Legal function.
