Antonieta Treviño

Antonieta has a degree in Communication Sciences from the UANL, an intern for the Master in Administration with a specialty in Industrial Relations from the UR, currently pursuing the degree.

She completed the D1 Senior Management by IPADE, 2017-2018. She studied Executive Coaching at ICC-Impel in 2012. She has been a professor at ITESM, UANL, UR and has taught specialized courses in Insurance at IMESFAC. Antonieta has received training from various institutes in topics such as Service Culture, Organizational Communication, Instructor Training, Human Side, and Insurance.

She also has a professional career of more than 30 years of experience. Antonieta spent the first 16 years in the Insurance Sector collaborating with AIG México and Seguros La Comercial, today Axa Seguros, occupying directive and managerial positions. For the last 13 years, she has been focused on locating Executives as Senior Consultants and Partners for Firms specialized in Talent Attraction; Among the sectors that have specialized in recent years are Consumer, Luxury Retail, Food, Manufacturing, Finance, Insurance, and more. Since June 2014, he founded the Hunters Of Talent Firm, developing consulting and executive search projects for organizations and clients of many different types and sizes. She is a Partner of ERIAC Capital Humano and a member of the Talent and Culture Committee. Member of the Human Resources Committee for AMCHAM.
