Atle Ronglan

Atle is a trained business economist with more than 25 years’ experience of both operational roles and consultancy activities in the private sector. As a manager, he has more than 15 years’ experience as Sales and Marketing Director, Country Manager and Managing Director in Norwegian and Nordic companies reporting to boards in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Since 2005 he has worked as a senior adviser and partner on executive search, executive selection and consultancy in both the private and public sector. He has experience in most sectors, with a particularly strong focus on banking/insurance, real estate and energy/technology, as well as voluntary organizations and sport. Atle has extensive experience as a process manager dealing with demanding executive selection process in organizations ranging from small and large family-owned businesses with active ownership to large national and international corporations. Atle started out at Visindi as a senior adviser in 2010 and became a partner in 2015. Today, Atle is Manager of Visindi Oslo AS.
