Beatrice works as Principal of Key2people, working with clients in the Fashion & Luxury industry both in Executive Search and HR Advisory, Assessment and Digital Transformation projects, working for important companies, international groups and investors. She also deals with similar projects in Real Estate & Construction. Beatrice has over 15 years’ experience working in the field of HR consulting for Fashion, Design and Luxury, and more generally for Lifestyle. During this time she has had the opportunity to deeply understand these sectors, which share many similarities, but are very different in terms of organisational and business models. She gained knowledge on dynamics and specificities, thanks to collaborations with some of the major players in the Italian and international scenes amongst brands, contractors, investors and international groups. Beatrice also keep us with the Real Estate & Construction sector for which she has had the opportunity to deal with selection and advisory projects with a cross-sector view, from large developers and builders, to consulting companies, to management companies, both Italian and international. Before joining the consultancy team, Beatrice began her professional career in Trieste in the Retail sector as Area Manager, then moved to Milan working for the main multinational temporary employment companies participating in the start-up of the Fashion&Retail Division for the Italian market. She continued her career in recruiting, dealing with personnel selection for two of the main companies in the sector, being one of them Italian and the other international. In 2011 she joined the Key2people Group where she currently works as Principal in charge of the Fashion & Luxury and Real Estate & Construction departments. Degree in Economics, fluent in English."
