Since she began at the firm in 1999, she has worked on executive search and evaluation projects, with responsibility for the strategy and overall management from launch, through development, to final completion. She has also participated in designing boards of directors and search processes to find directors and external advisors. Her work has spanned many industries, in Spanish and global companies, and she has particular experience in consumer goods, technology, retail, real estate, engineering, industrial, pharmaceutical and professional services. She previously worked in the customer service area at Hertz España and in several companies in the tourism industry.
