Carlos Guilherme Nosé

Carlos Guilherme is CEO & Partner of FESA Group, Executive Search and Human Capital Strategy Consulting Group.
 
Professional with 18 years of experience in Executive Search, he joined one of the largest multinational consultancies in the sector. In 2002, he accepted the invitation to join the FESA Group consultancy. He started out as a Researcher and successively grew and accumulated responsibilities. He worked for 11 years in the IT, Telecom and Consumer Goods segments, until he reached the level of Vice President & Partner of FESA Executive Search.
 
He assumed the presidency of FESA ASAP in the second quarter of 2013, where he played a fundamental role in the growth of operations, further reinforcing the concepts of delivery with quality and agility. Initially, he worked on the development of an important Marketing and Business Intelligence project, having been one of the responsible for the full implementation of the systems and programs of market studies and commercial relationship of the company.
 
He started his career in a large industrial automation industry, conducting marketing and communication projects in Brazil and, for a long time, in Spain and the USA.
 
Graduated in Business Administration from PUC-SP and in Advertising and Marketing from UNIP. Carlos Guilherme is a Portuguese native speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish.
