Carolina Castilla

She studied Labor Relations at the University of Buenos Aires and throughout her career she completed different training to continue strengthening her professional and academic profile. Her career began in the corporate world within an American services company, then she ventured into industrial services in a Canadian company focused on the Mining and Oil & Gas industry, having responsibilities at the national and regional level within the selection and recruitment areas. In 2010 she ventured into state management and her first role as head was in an organization (Occovi) of the Ministry of Federal Planning, her function was generalist managing both soft and hard HR issues for a staff of 400 collaborators. She returned to private management and joined a national consumer electronics group and for the first 4 years she served as HR Business Partner in the Supply Chain area. She was responsible for the production and corporate processes of the different sites and headquarters of the firm. She was then promoted to Selection, Training and Development Manager for a staff of 5,000 employees, a role she held for a period of 5 years, focusing on the strategy of the Soft HR area for the entire group. In 2020, after the birth of her son, she began to discover the world of consulting, leading Executive Search and Talent Mapping processes for clients from different segments and industries. Since 2020, she has been part of the Wall Chase team, having responsibility for Executive Search projects and the management of Outplacement programs. Her life passes between her professional activity that she is passionate about, sharing moments with her family/friends, traveling and doing outdoor activities.
