Caroline has been in the executive recruitment and selection market for 9 years, specialized in agribusiness.
In 2010, she joined Abrahams Executive Search, where she conduced senior executivesearch and selection projects for various segments such as: Sugar and Alcohol, Farming, Class Associations, Biotechnology, Agrochemical, Trading, Bioenergy, Fertilizers, Agricultural Machinery and Implements, Pulp and Paper , Third Sector and IT.
In 2013, she joined FESA Group, being responsible for Consumer Goods. She developed Recruitment & Selection projects for companies in Food & Beverage, Agribusiness and Life Science area.
Two years ago, she contributed to Campinas regional, operating in the state of São Paulo focusing on Agribusiness and Food and Beverage segments.
