She has more than 15 years’ experience in recruiting and integrated talent management. With her exposure to different industries and a background in executive coaching, she understands the uniqueness of each company’s needs, helping our clients identify, acquire and retain top talent.
Caroline’s networking ability enables her to identify and recruit executives from industries outside of healthcare, which provides a strategic advantage for her clients. Her work encompasses the world of providers and payers, from hospitals and health systems to health plans and healthcare services companies.
In addition to serving some of the largest organizations in healthcare, she has worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies, including McDonald’s, Navistar International, Sara Lee, Illinois Tool Works, and Boeing.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from DePaul University.
