Cecilie is working across all the Vísindi companies. She has a Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, internationalization and management from BI Norwegian Business School, and an individual master course in Change Management from BI Executive. Cecilie has been working with consultants within executive selection and recruitment, and organization- and leadership development since 2011, giving her good insight to the recruitment process and the consultancy industry. Her previous professional experience was in debt collection, working for one of the largest agencies in Norway. Cecilie also has experience working in the public sector. She is dedicated to providing good service throughout the organization, and to contributing to good communication and cooperation across all functions and locations.
