Christopher Stokes

A founding partner of Key2People in Milan, Christopher Stokes is a past EMEA Regional Vice Chair on the IIC Partners Board of Directors. Chris was born in the United Kingdom but has worked for 25 years in the Italian executive search market. With his partners, he has helped elevate Key2People to third place among the top revenue generators in the Italian search industry and to the first position among independent search firms. Chris works over the digital, financial services, real estate and luxury goods areas and in particular for UK and US groups recruiting in Italy and Italian companies recruitig internationallu. In addition to Italy he has placed senior executives with leading companies in Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, China, Germany, the UK,the US, Middle East, Spain and Taiwan. Before launching Key2People with his current partners, he was a founder of MacCormick Hamilton International and the managing partner of its Italian office. In addition to Italian and his native English, he speaks fluent French and workable Spanish. Chris graduated from the University of Salford, UK.
