"Cinzia is an Associate Partner at Key2people where she works with clients in the Financial Services area (retail and investment banking banks, SGRs, SIMs, funds of funds, NPL/UTP portfolio management companies, financial institutions with public participation, consumer credit companies, traditional and direct insurance companies). She also works with professionals in the Legal and Communication Department (External Relations, Public Affairs and Institutional Relations, Media Relations) and the 2nd Level Control Functions (AML, Compliance, Internal Audit) cross-industry (with a particular focus on companies in the regulated sectors of energy & utilities, transport and infrastructure, private and/or with public participation) and not only for the banking and insurance sector.
Cinzia has developed and consolidated in-depth skills and knowledge of the organisational models and operating logics of players in the Financial Services sector.
She also had the opportunity to participate in start-up projects of retail and corporate banks and Fintech companies, where she made a significant contribution thanks to her industry network and knowledge of the organisational and business models of the reference sector.
She arrived in the world of Executive Search in 1998 when she started as a Researcher at a well-known international Executive Search company (the Austrian company Helmut Neumann International). After only two years, she was appointed Group Head of the Finance & Professional Services Practice and, in the same year, Research Country Coordinator (Head of the Research Department in Italy).
In 2004 she joined Key2people, where, after having coordinated the Research team for a year, from November 2005 she was Consultant for the Financial Services Practice, and then became a Senior Consultant. She is currently a Principal in the Financial Services Practice. She executes both national and international projects.
Diploma of Linguistic Maturity and degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature, she is fluent in English, French and Spanish."
