He advises the main Italian financial institutions on executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment and development. Across all industries, he supports the country's leading companies, both private and public, on matters regarding corporate governance and board services. Before joining Key2people in 2014, Claudio Galimi was a member of the Management Committee of Barclays Bank, initially as Director of the Retail Business in charge of building and developing from the ground up the commercial network in Italy (products, resources, branches), which was inexistent at the time. Subsequently, he served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Barclays Bank, Claudio was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services practice at Bain & Company, where he developed in-depth knowledge of the sector, participating in projects of a strategic and organisational nature for the country's leading financial institutions. Claudio began his professional career in 1995 at Coopers and Lybrand, where he developed strategic and process consulting skills in the Telecommunications industry in the Milan and New York offices. He is a member of the Business Council of the College of Management Engineering of the Politecnico di Torino. Having graduated in Management Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin, he speaks fluent English and French."
