Daniel joined Marlière & Gerstlauer executive search in 2016. He specializes in both providing advice and guidance in HR Efficiency and providing top talents in the general fields of Industry, Technology and Services. With more than 20 years of pan-European activities in HR, his experience integrates the whole “Talent life cycle”, from Attraction to Separation, and from strategy to daily delivery. Before joining Marlière & Gerstlauer executive search, Daniel performed as Head of HR and HR Consultant in organizations ranking from local businesses to multinationals, in sectors such as Services, Industry, Non-Profit, Finance and IT. Daniel holds a master degree in Psychology and 2 post-graduates in Management. He speaks fluent French, Dutch and English.
