With a degree from the Universidad del Salvador and certification in PDA, I began my career as a human resources generalist in San Miguel, where I gained experience in various areas of talent management. During my time at Accenture as a Headhunter, I led multidisciplinary teams, developing innovative and effective recruitment strategies. Later, at Skanska, I led the employment area, implementing improvements in selection processes and team development, resulting in a significant increase in the quality of hires and talent retention. For over a decade, I have been part of Wall Chase, where I lead executive searches critical to the company. My focus on identifying exceptional talent and my ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients have been key to the company's success in identifying and selecting high-level professionals. My commitment to professional development led me to obtain certification in PDA, allowing me to apply innovative methodologies in talent assessment and development in all my roles.
